Various forms of doing sport in the big cities – ideas and hints

Today our towns are more and more polluted, however surprisingly there are people who want to reverse this tendency. Many of them use bicycles for the city mobility.

There are many kinds of bicycles; for travelling in the town the most common is a simple city bike which takes us from one place to another, but there are more definited bikes. Everything depends on what purpose we need a bike is it for travel, activity or sport (or even extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more adequate for long distant activity and for the city we have city bicycles (mens city bike and city bicycle for femals – they are not the same in construction which correspond with the human figure). Mens city bike is more dynamic (men are statistically stronger than female and the female model is more handy (it allows to ride with your dorsum place more straight than in mens city bike). In these days a solid bike is a very expensive thing, therefore it is reasonable to consult this issue with more experienced person. If we don’t have got a right place to keep our bike we may lend one. In many towns there are bicycles for rent, you can use it as long as you need and then pay for it (of’course you have to register first in the town base). If you don’t admire bikes you can walk or start to do nordic walking, it is a way of walking with two sticks, that kind of exercise is not very expensive and you don’t have to be be in a good form to start doing it. It is a good sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, nevertheless it is a good thing to know that in this kind of sport we should put sticks in the appropriate position to have a proper posture while walking. It is a great thing to have got a few lessons before we started to do this sport.

Every way of physical activity is good for our health. It is an outstansding thing to do some outdoor sport, meet other people with whom we can share our interests and just be cheerful.
